Presenting Chettinad or Kandaangi sarees from Tamil Nadu.

These Beautiful Handwoven Cotton Ikat Sarees are woven using high quality mercerised cotton, perfectly suitable for hot Indian weather. 

The gorgeous shades which we have handpicked for you, have a shine of its own. This makes the saree perfect for office wear, formal gatherings, family functions, small occasions or even temple visits. 

Although these sarees do not have running blouse piece, you can always opt for an existing blouse or opt for one of our Ikat Blouse Pieces paired with the saree. 

A contemporary twist on traditional Chettinad sarees is the addition of Ikat design on body and in some cases on pallu as well.

These sarees are handwoven with thick cotton on raised pit looms. The thread count is 80 and most sarees are woven with mixed color threads, creating a dhoop chaon effect.

Please understand that this is a handcrafted saree. Any handmade product is prone to slight aberrations in textile, printing, and sewing. This cannot be considered as “damaged.”

Care: First wash DRY CLEAN. Hand wash in cold water separately thereafter. Do not machine wash. Do not soak in water. Dry in shade.
