Returns
We want to ensure that all our customers are completely happy and satisfied with their purchase. Hence we are here, even post purchase, to assure quality and help you with any issues that you may have pertaining to your purchase.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you receive the order, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or credit note.
All our products are stringently quality checked before shipping them to you. This allows us to ensure a high level of quality and we make sure that any defective piece is not shipped.
Please understand that most of our products are completely hand woven. Hand made products are prone to slight imperfections. There may be an irregular weave or a minor difference in colour. The subtle variation in colour, texture or finish are intrinsic to hand made products. However these are not defects. We cannot accept return orders based on such slight imperfections. If you are still unsatisfied, please feel free to connect with us personally.
Height and Width of several handmade sarees can also vary based on the work done and the fabric used. These details are mentioned in the description. Please go through these and if required, we can provide the services of attaching tall and extension. But please let us know while placing the order. We cannot accept returns later based on these reasons as these cannot be considered as defects.
Please understand that we try to photograph all products in such a way that their original color is visible, but some products may have slightly different color. Request you to complete the order considering this. It won't be possible to exchange the product due for slight color difference.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged or completely wrong. Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The Price tag should be intact and not tampered with. If the price tag is tampered with, removed, the blouse piece is separated or fall and edging is done, we cannot accept return. After initiating the return, we request you to send the shipment back to us on following address. Once we receive the courier, we will complete a quality check and will proceed further.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then you can choose between store credit or cash refund. Based on your decision, the refund will be processed, and you will receive the store credit or refund within 7 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged based upon the availability of product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at themulberrytrails@gmail.com.
Shipping
Shipping charges for return will be refundable only if the product is received in unused condition and the said defect of the product is inspected.
